however in order to participate in the community by joining the discussion or
utilizing any service such as applying for a job through kcommunities.com or to create
a mailbox at kcommunities.com you have to be a registered kcommunities.com
user.
kcommunities.com would collect information as detailed in the
registration forms when you register to become a member of the community. In the
event you have subscribed to our services such as Job Alert we may seek
additional information to be able to serve you better. Such additional
information sought while you are availing of the Career Services provided by

for spamming, however in the event you feel that the facility is being misused

note that your contact details are not provided to other users unless the same

Information in messages/ discussions posted by you
All information you submit as part of a discussion or message
is automatically displayed on the site. You have some control on the format in
which the message/ discussion is displayed at the time of posting. kcommunities.com
may use such information in accordance with the license granted in the Agreement.
This includes the right to use the message/discussion or teaser portions (including
your identity and photo) throughout the site, on other sites on the web, and offline.
If you have participated in a discussion that is jointly being carried out by
kcommunities.com and a co-branded site, please be aware that we may be required
to transfer your views to the co-brand partner for their use and display. Currently,
you cannot edit comments after a duration that is longer than 30 minutes from
the posting-so please keep the constraint in mind while posting! In case you wish

Your "My Profile" Page

against the fields displayed in red will not be available to other members of
kcommunities.com. Certain information such as your graduating yearbook profile may
automatically appear as a part of your profile, however you have the choice to
have such automatically appearing portions removed from your profile. As you can

to display or hide this information, and you can change this information at any
time (although, as discussed elsewhere, it may not be possible to propagate all
of these changes instantly or ever). kcommunities.com does not transfer your personal
profile in total to third parties, but may transfer pieces of your personal
profile page in accordance with your instructions, in situations similar to
those described under the Registration Information heading above, or as
